布面吸毛箱系列
一、 用途
該系列產品是由我公司在行業內最先設計制作的專利系列產品，經過多年的實踐積累已能夠滿足：針織、梭織、毛紡、皮革、呢絨、化纖、混紡、橡塑織物、玻璃纖維布、紗巾布等產業。結合紡織品印花、染色、整理工藝要求應用在：坯布燒毛前后、退漿前、絲光前、染色前、印花前、植絨前、涂層前、磨毛后、定型前后，根據織物特性選用組合拍打或刷毛處理或真空吸塵或氣流等方式，通過自制專利高壓排塵風機，確保線絲、毛絮不會吸附纏繞葉片，快速進入集塵箱體或儲塵袋集中儲塵;以達到減少水洗工序，減少織物印花、染色、涂層瑕疵。
我公司產品涵蓋：圓網印花吸塵、平網印花吸塵、針織印花吸塵、四面彈性針織印花臥式導帶吸塵、包括織物翻布、燒毛、退漿、絲光、染色、印花、定型、磨毛、涂層、植絨、提花、割絨等各工藝段的吸塵裝置，能夠疊加組合用于麂皮絨、桃皮絨、革基布、滌錦棉磨毛布等特殊面料的深加工刷毛/吸毛處理。
二、 技術特點

6、 可選用PLC對車速、風量、張力進行全程控制。
7、 除塵采用專利高壓風機和除塵箱體結合的方式，達到快速高效的除塵效果。
